By using the website and services of Broadview Strategies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Broadview Strategies LLC provides strategic consulting, business plan curation, investor connection facilitation, and related informational services. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice. All services are offered for educational and strategic purposes only.

You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any account credentials. Fees for services are disclosed at the time of engagement. Payment obligations are binding once services are initiated. Refunds, if any, are provided at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

All content, logos, graphics, and materials provided by Broadview Strategies LLC are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Client information will be treated with professional discretion, but you acknowledge that no method of electronic communication or storage is entirely secure.

Broadview Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Broadview Strategies LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration in Michigan under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
